Introduction & Scope

Welcome to Sieuhyheer, operated by Vasayo Hongkong Limited. This Purchasing Agreement sets out the terms applicable to purchases made through our online store, including order acceptance, payment, product information, fulfillment, and delivery.

By placing an order, you agree to these purchasing terms together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. Please review these policies before completing your purchase.

Nothing in this agreement limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under relevant law.

1. Purchaser Eligibility

By placing an order with Sieuhyheer, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a purchasing agreement.
  • You are authorized to use the payment method submitted at checkout.
  • Your payment, delivery, and contact information is accurate and complete.
  • Your purchase is intended for personal use rather than unauthorized commercial resale.

Customer service correspondence and order records may be retained for support, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Privacy & Payment Processing

Personal information provided during checkout is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Transactions are processed through the payment providers available at checkout.

  • Information necessary to process and deliver your order may be shared with payment providers, fulfillment partners, and shipping carriers.
  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information, along with available privacy choices.
  • Please do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes, or account passwords to our customer support team.

Vasayo Hongkong Limited may update its security procedures and information practices. Additional notice will be provided where required by applicable law.

3. Order Submission, Acceptance & Cancellation

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not, by itself, confirm acceptance or dispatch. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, acceptance occurs when we send your shipping confirmation.

Sieuhyheer may decline or cancel an order before shipment for reasonable reasons, including:

  • Unavailable inventory or stock discrepancies.
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
  • Material pricing, description, or technical errors.
  • Incomplete or inaccurate delivery information.
  • Failure to complete reasonably requested payment verification.

If we cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact information provided. Payments collected for canceled products will be refunded to the original payment method. The time needed for funds to appear may depend on your payment provider.

To request a cancellation or order change, email support@sieuhyheeri.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun. This does not affect applicable cancellation or return rights.

Changes to prices, listings, or promotions do not override an accepted order except where permitted by applicable law.

4. Product Information & Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, and usage information across our Woven Calm, Modern Gleam, and Garden Poetry curtain tieback collections.

Please consider the following before purchasing:

  • Color & Appearance: Screen settings, photography lighting, and normal manufacturing variations may affect how colors, textures, finishes, and patterns appear.
  • Measurements: Dimensions are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Minor measurement and manufacturing variations may occur.
  • Curtain Compatibility: Suitability depends on the tieback’s dimensions, fastening method, and the thickness, weight, and volume of your curtains. Please review the individual product description before purchasing.
  • Attachment & Installation: Attachment methods vary by product. Check the listing to confirm whether hooks, wall fixtures, or other installation accessories are required and whether they are included.
  • Intended Use: Curtain tiebacks are intended to gather and style compatible curtains. They are not designed to support curtain rods, suspend heavy objects, or serve as load-bearing fixtures.
  • Care & Handling: Follow the product’s care instructions. Avoid excessive pulling and contact with sharp edges or rough surfaces that could damage the tieback or curtain fabric.
  • Product Safety: Curtain tiebacks are not toys. Keep cords, loops, magnets, and small components, where present, out of reach of children and pets. Arrange tiebacks so they do not create accessible loops or entanglement hazards.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, please contact our support team. We will handle the issue under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable statutory rights.

5. Pricing & Catalog Errors

Errors may occasionally occur in product prices, descriptions, promotions, or availability information.

If a material error affects your order, Sieuhyheer may contact you to explain the issue and, where appropriate, offer the choice to proceed with corrected information or cancel for a refund. We will not collect an additional payment without your authorization.

We may correct inaccurate listings when an error is identified. Corrections or cancellations affecting existing orders remain subject to applicable law.

The currency and final charges applicable to your purchase are displayed at checkout. Your payment provider may apply separate currency conversion or international transaction fees.

6. Inventory & Delivery Estimates

Stock availability and delivery timelines are based on the information available when displayed.

  • Order Processing: Orders generally require 1–3 business days before dispatch.
  • Estimated Transit Time: Standard international shipping generally takes 10–20 business days after dispatch.
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: Generally 11–23 business days, including processing.
  • Potential Delays: Customs inspections, carrier capacity, severe weather, public holidays, and transport disruptions may extend delivery times.
  • Unavailable Items: If a purchased item becomes unavailable before shipment, we will contact you about available options, including a refund for the affected item.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and do not limit applicable consumer rights.

7. International Orders

Product availability, shipping arrangements, and import requirements may vary by destination.

  • Warranty Coverage: Any additional manufacturer warranty, if offered, may have territorial limitations. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
  • Product Information: Instructions and care information may be provided in English unless otherwise specified or required by law.
  • Packaging: Packaging may vary between products or fulfillment locations without changing the product ordered. Applicable labeling requirements remain in effect.
  • Import Requirements: Please review relevant destination restrictions before ordering. We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on the seller.

8. Taxes, Customs Duties & Additional Charges

Your checkout total includes the product price, shipping charges, and any taxes or duties expressly displayed at checkout.

Additional import duties, local taxes, customs clearance charges, or carrier handling fees may be assessed upon arrival. Unless included at checkout or otherwise required by applicable law, these additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs inspections or outstanding import charges may delay delivery. If a package is refused, returned, or held by customs, please contact us so we can review the circumstances and explain available options under our policies and applicable law.

9. Governing Law & Company Information

Subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections, this Purchasing Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

This choice of law does not deprive customers of protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to their purchase.
